Year around there is always something to do!

Your day at Canaan Ranch can be as Relaxing or as Adventurous as you desire. It will start out with a continental breakfast featuring Homemade cinnamon rolls, muffins and breads.
	The activities on the ranch include barn dances, singing around the camp fire, hay rides, and horseback riding(your own Horses). The area is teaming with wild life and is the nesting place for many varieties of birds along with owls, hawks, golden and bald eagles, western and mountain blue birds, blue herons, and osprey.
If fishing is what you enjoy, there are several lakes and streams with in a short distance from the ranch, or you can hike along the creek which runs through our ranch, working your way down to the beaver dams. The creek and ponds created by the beaver dams are filled with brook trout. With all of that water adults and kids alike will enjoy a swim in the high mountain lakes on a hot summer day	This little guy was caught in Round Lake. Sure made these fishermen believers. "Here are the pictures of our massive fish you requested. As usual we had a most awesome time and can't wait till next year to do it again. Thank you for your hospitality!"

In the Winter Months you can enjoy Snowmobiling, Cross Country skiing, snow shoeing through 1000's of acres of national forest or on our ranch. Or curl up with a blanket and a good book and just enjoy the peace and quiet. The Solar system puts on a phenomenal show with the Northern Lights and shooting stars.

We have and enjoy the four basic seasons,

Winter with the snow, come enjoy its beauty, Cross country Skiing, Snowshoeing on the ranches 500 acres or Snowmobiling on the 1000s of acres of the Okanogan National Forest, that borders the Ranch. Have fun with the Kids building a snowman, grab a Saucer or Tube and go sledding down the snowy hills, making snow angels, or curl up with a good book and relax.

Spring with the snow runoff and the beauty of the earth waking up after its winter sleep, Babies being born, flowers shooting up. The birds returning after there winter down south.

Summer with its long hot days drawing you to the mountains, lakes and streams.

Fall with its warm days and cold nights bringing on the autumn colors of golds and reds.
